Stainless Steel Cap-Type Nipple is designed to provide hygienic, balanced, and controlled watering for layer chickens. Thanks to its internal mechanism manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, it offers excellent resistance against wear and can be safely used for long periods without maintenance.
Drip-cup or dripless usage options help keep the litter dry while ensuring excellent hygiene conditions inside the poultry house. The soft operating mechanism located in the nipple tip allows chicks to adapt easily to drinking water, supporting a healthy start to the growing process.
This model operates compatibly with 22 × 22 mm square PVC pipes using a sealing gasket. Due to its adjustable nipple head structure and gasket design, it is not suitable for direct use with Ø 26.7 mm round PVC pipes. Specially designed models should be preferred for round pipes. The nipple gasket is manufactured from nitrile rubber material, providing long-lasting and leak-proof performance.
The standard production flow rate is approximately 70 ml/min (20 mbar), providing ideal and balanced water flow for layer chicken farming.
