Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”), personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”). A special category of personal data, referred to as Sensitive Personal Data, includes data relating to race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and clothing, membership of associations, foundations or trade unions, health information, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data (“Sensitive Personal Data”).

Your personal data is collected through verbal, written, or electronic means for the purposes specified in this General Clarification Text, in order to provide the products and services offered by our Company within the legal framework and to ensure that our Company fulfills its contractual and legal obligations completely and accurately.

Your personal data may vary depending on the services, products, or commercial activities provided by our Company and may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods via call centers, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels.

Your collected personal data may be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for purposes such as enabling the relevant departments of our Company to carry out the necessary work for you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company; customizing and recommending the products and services according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs; providing personalized advertisements, campaigns, and other benefits through analysis carried out by our Company; sending commercial electronic communications in line with your permission preferences; conducting mail delivery, surveys, and telesales applications; performing statistical analyses; ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and individuals who have a business relationship with our Company; determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies; and ensuring the execution of our Company’s human resources policies.

Your collected personal data may be transferred, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities, and private legal entities for purposes such as enabling the relevant business units of our Company to carry out the necessary work for you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company; customizing and recommending products and services according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs; providing personalized advertisements, campaigns, and other benefits; sending commercial electronic communications in line with your permission preferences; conducting mail delivery, surveys, and telesales applications; performing statistical analyses; ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and individuals who have a business relationship with our Company; determining and implementing commercial and business strategies; and ensuring the execution of our Company’s human resources policies.
