The Manual Nesting System is a practical and reliable solution commonly preferred by organic egg producers and poultry farms. Featuring a 2-tier structure with a total of 12 compartments, the system is manufactured from galvanized stainless metal, while the front steps are designed with wooden material. Its durable structure ensures long-lasting use, while the easy-to-clean design supports high hygiene standards.

Manual nest systems can be positioned against the wall or installed back-to-back. Chickens enter the nesting compartments to lay eggs, and the eggs are safely collected inside the compartments. This structure minimizes issues such as egg breakage and contamination. While reducing labor requirements for producers, it also makes the egg collection process more organized and efficient.

In channel-type manual nest models, eggs roll from the compartments by means of a belt system and are collected in the rear channel section of the nest. This allows producers to access all eggs from a single collection point at the back without checking each compartment individually, significantly speeding up the collection process.

In addition to ease of use and cleaning, the manual nesting system provides extra ventilation thanks to its compartmentalized structure. It helps keep eggs clean and healthy while preventing damage during storage or transportation.
