Yemliklerin kendi ekseni etrafında dönmesini engelleyen özel dikişli yapısı sayesinde stabil ve güvenli kullanım sunar. Sistem, ara kelepçeler ile birbirine bağlanarak sağlam ve düzgün bir hat oluşturur.

Her bir boru 3 metre uzunluğundadır ve 45 mm çap ölçüsüne sahiptir. Dayanıklı yapısı sayesinde kümes içi yemleme sistemlerinde uzun ömürlü ve sorunsuz kullanım sağlar.

Sistemtav heavy-duty ceiling winch is designed to manually lift feeder line systems in broiler poultry houses longer than 80 meters. Thanks to its high lifting capacity, it provides safe operation in large and heavy-duty systems.

With different lifting capacity options of 2000 kg and 3000 kg, it adapts to various poultry house structures and operational requirements. Its durable construction ensures long-lasting and reliable performance.

In our equipment and electrical products, we use the highest quality raw materials and globally recognized brands. Feeders are one of the most important components of a broiler poultry house in terms of efficiency, cleanliness, and chick/chicken health. The MAXXI Pan feeder consists of only 3 main parts and one feed shut-off component, allowing easy assembly and disassembly during cleaning operations. With a 3 kg feed capacity and the ability to feed 18 different chicks/chickens simultaneously from separate sections, MAXXI Pan stands out as one of the largest feeders ever produced.

It allows the feed flow to be stopped at the designated feeder point. This enables the gradual use of different sections of the poultry house according to operational needs.

Installed at the end of the line, this system controls the spring mechanism that transports feed from one end to the other. It ensures equal feed distribution to all feeder pans along the line and automatically refills the pans as the feed level decreases. The motor power can operate effectively up to a maximum distance of 150 meters.

The Poultry Feed Line Motor can be installed either at the beginning or at the end of the feed line according to operational requirements.
