Poultry Evaporative Cooling Pad Paper
SYS AgriPads are manufactured from special cellulose papers with high water absorption capacity. These papers are treated with an odorless chemical to prevent disintegration and ensure maximum durability. Thanks to this special treatment, the product combines high moisture retention, strong airflow, high efficiency, and long service life. Although the cell structure is rigid and durable, its water absorption capacity remains exceptionally high.
The specially designed corrugated structure and angles are engineered to provide high air saturation, high cooling efficiency, and low pressure loss under different applications and environmental conditions. This maximizes system performance while keeping energy consumption at a minimum.
SYS AgriPads have a flexible production structure that allows manufacturing in different heights, flute spacings, and angle measurements according to customer requirements. Their honeycomb-shaped cellular design ensures homogeneous air distribution throughout the entire cooling surface, providing balanced and efficient cooling performance.
The packaging design of the products is planned to ensure maximum space utilization and easy transportation during truck, trailer, and container loading. This makes logistics operations more efficient and secure.
