Breeder Poultry Feed Weighing System
Feed transfer between the upper and lower units is controlled through an electronic valve system. In the upper unit, which has a 75 kg storage capacity, the feed is safely stored until the computer gives the distribution command after the weighing process is completed.
While feed delivery from the lower storage unit to the poultry house continues, a new weighing process is simultaneously carried out in the upper unit. This significantly shortens the weighing time and accelerates the feed distribution process inside the poultry house.
The system is managed by an advanced feed weighing computer that automatically controls total feed consumption and feed distribution to individual feed storage units inside the poultry house at the desired daily schedule.

Poultry Silos Feed Transport Motor Unit
Sistemtav Feed Conveying Systems ensure the safe, hygienic, and efficient transportation of different types of feed from one point to another. The system is designed using Ø90 mm PVC pipes and a Ø75 mm spiral auger spring structure. Thanks to this design, feed is transported within a completely closed environment and protected from external factors.
The feed starts from a plastic or optional metal hopper mounted beneath the silo and is transferred to an idle hopper with 1, 2, 3, or 4 outlets depending on operational requirements. In cases where feed clumping occurs inside the silo, the lump breaker located in the idle hopper effectively prevents these blockages. The feed is then conveyed through one or multiple outlets by means of the auger inside the PVC pipe toward the motor-driven drive hopper or hoppers located at the end of the system.
Between the idle hopper and the drive hopper, feed drop points can be increased by using T-elbows according to the needs of the operation. This flexible structure allows easy adaptation to different poultry house layouts and complex facility plans.
Sistemtav Feed Conveying Systems stand out with their easy installation, economical structure, and flexible line configuration capabilities. Thanks to multiple outlet options, feed can be distributed to numerous feeders through a single system. The low power requirement provides energy savings, while maintenance and technical service operations are extremely practical. Its ergonomic design occupies minimal space and can be easily mounted in areas such as poultry house ceilings. In addition, its easy-to-clean structure supports high hygiene standards.

Poultry Silos Weighing Leg ( Loadcell )
The Sistemtav Load Cell Feed Weighing System is a next-generation weighing solution mounted directly onto silo legs. Manufactured from stainless steel, the system is capable of measuring with an accuracy rate of 0.1%. Thanks to its integrated load cell structure, it provides reliable measurements without being affected by uneven load distribution on silo legs or external factors such as wind, snow, and rain.
With its specially developed software system, the current feed amount inside the silo, as well as the total feed delivered and consumed since the beginning of the flock cycle, can be monitored in detail. In addition, alarm settings can be configured for minimum and maximum feed levels, and warnings can be received in situations such as feed blockage at the silo outlet. All feed-related data can be transferred to a central system and reported efficiently.

Poultry Weighing System
In the system, which has an individual storage capacity of 400 kg, feed is weighed and controlled in the upper storage unit and then transferred to the lower storage unit through an automatic motorized gate system. While feed delivery from the lower storage unit to the poultry house continues, a new weighing process is simultaneously carried out in the upper storage unit.
Thanks to this operating principle, the weighing process is shortened and the feed distribution speed inside the poultry house is significantly increased. The system is managed by an electronic feed weighing computer that enables monitoring of total feed consumption and feed distribution to individual feed storage units within the poultry house.

Silo and feed conveying systems are among the core infrastructure components that make feed management efficient, hygienic, and sustainable in modern livestock and agricultural operations. In large-scale farms, different capacities and technologies of silo systems and automatic feed conveying lines are integrated to ensure proper feed storage, long-term freshness, and uninterrupted delivery to animals. Silo structures are manufactured from durable materials such as galvanized steel or fiberglass, providing maximum protection against harsh environmental conditions. Feed stored within closed systems is protected from moisture, mold, and pests, preventing waste and preserving feed quality.
To automate feed flow throughout the farm, feed conveying systems provide significant operational advantages. These systems utilize spiral or chain conveyors to transport feed quickly and safely from silos to feeding lines or different animal groups. With automatic feed conveying lines, the need for manual intervention is minimized, resulting in labor and time savings. Through sensor-supported control panels, system operating time, transfer quantity, and delivery routes can be easily programmed, ensuring balanced feed distribution according to the needs of each section.
Silo systems are manufactured in various models based on capacity, discharge type, and unloading speed. Cone-bottom and flat-bottom silo options can be selected according to storage requirements. Integrated level sensors continuously monitor stock levels, while automatic filling systems ensure smooth and uninterrupted feed replenishment. This plays a key role in maintaining continuous production processes within the operation.
Feed conveying systems not only transport feed efficiently but also help maintain hygiene and product quality. Thanks to enclosed conveyor lines and stainless-steel connection components, feed remains protected against external contaminants and pests. Cleaning and maintenance procedures can be carried out easily, helping prevent bacterial growth and mold formation. In addition, alarm and warning mechanisms enable rapid intervention in case of blockages or technical failures within the system.
Energy efficiency is another important factor in the design of silo and feed conveying systems. Smart motors and advanced automation technologies ensure that the system operates only when needed, preventing unnecessary energy consumption. Modern control panels provide real-time monitoring of stock levels, feed consumption, and conveying performance, simplifying operational planning and cost management.
When installed with proper engineering and professional implementation, silo and feed conveying systems provide many years of reliable, safe, and efficient operation. Easy access to spare parts and maintenance support extends system lifespan and provides long-term reliability for farm operators. As a result, a strong silo system infrastructure combined with intelligent feed conveying systems has become indispensable for sustainable livestock farming and modern farm management.
