Sistemtav belt feeder channel corner enables smooth direction changes in the feeding line thanks to its 90° turning structure. To increase resistance against corrosion and wear, it is manufactured with epoxy powder coating and reinforced with a wear-resistant steel bottom plate.
The self-lubricating spheroidal cast iron corner wheel and bronze-bearing body structure used in the system eliminate the need for lubrication and minimize maintenance requirements. Rising and descending corner options are available to adapt to different level variations, providing easy integration into various poultry house structures.
